Thai Naan Pizzas

Since we have recently become vegetarians we no longer put chicken on either dishes but if you prefer meat, chicken is a great addition. We tend to use peppers, red onion, peanuts, bean sprouts and shaved carrot as toppings. Cheese is also optional but I kind of like it without.. I really don’t find it necessary. We quite often make our own pizza crust but lately I love using naan bread because it is one less thing that you need to prep and it goes very well with the Thai sauce. Hope you enjoy!
